Services
under the brand name "NAVITIME", operated by NAVITIME JAPAN Co., Ltd.
("NAVITIME JAPAN"), and "EZ Navi for passenger seat",
jointly run by NAVITIME JAPAN and KDDI CORPORATION ("KDDI"), have made
enhancements to the parking lot search feature, effective March 25, 2010.
Previously
only keyword and address search was available. Now, parking lots can be
searched based on criteria such as real-time availability information*1; 24
hour operation; credit card acceptance; number of parking spaces; receipt
issuance; height restrictions; bathroom availability; and handicap
accessibility.

Real-time availability information is for subscribers of the NAVITIME Pro and
Drive Supporter courses.
