The "Journey Pro by NAVITIME" application provides tube and railroad transit search; departure board and closure information; and an interactive railroad map.

 

The application is available for free at the iPhone App Store. Features of the "Journey Pro by NAVITIME" application include:

-- Interactive railroad map: Zoomable interactive maps of the National Rail and London tube networks let you set From/To stations to obtain route plans. Journey date/times can be set to depart immediately, depart/arrive at a certain time or the last service.

-- Live information: Provides service information regarding line closures, service delays, and weekend closures for the London Tube, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and London Overground.

-- Departure board information for the London Tube: Displays information from the departure board.

-- Station facility information: Provides information regarding lavatories; escalator/elevators; parking; ATM; and telephone information.

 

The following public transportation services and areas are covered in this application:

-- London Tube: All areas; 11 lines; 268 stations

-- Docklands Light Railway (DLR): All areas; 1 line; 40 stations

-- London Overground: All areas; 1 line; 78 stations

-- National Rail: All of Great Britain; 25 operators; 2678 stations

 

The application is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPod Touch (3rd Gen.), requiring iPhone OS version iOS 4.0 and above.
