Android application and widgets now available for "Journey Pro by NAVITIME"

Tokyo, Japan -- November 2, 2010 -- NAVITIME JAPAN announced the release of the "Journey Pro by NAVITIME" application for Android, following the release of the iPhone application in August. 

Currently, the following public transportation services and areas are covered in this application:
-- London Tube: All areas; 11 lines; 268 stations
-- Docklands Light Railway (DLR): All areas; 1 line; 40 stations
-- London Overground: All areas; 1 line; 78 stations
-- National Rail: All of Great Britain; 25 operators; 2678 stations
-- Tramlink: Greater London area; 1 line
-- River Service: London area; 9 lines

In addition to the features common to the iPhone and Android applications, the Android application comes with two widgets:

1) Last Service Alert: By registering the train station which is nearest to your home, the widget keeps track of  the closest train station from your current location, and displays the departure time of the last train back home.

2) London Tube Status: Displays the operating status of the London Tube.
