Tokyo, Japan -- December 15, 2010 -- NAVITIME JAPAN released version 1.3 of the "Journey Pro by NAVITIME" application for Android covering the UK, adding London bus and domestic flight routes and completing the line-up of available transport methods for the free application.

 

676 bus lines covering the Greater London area are now included, along with domestic air routes across the UK. For further details about the available public transportation services, please see the appendix. Domestic flight routes for the iPhone app will be available within the next few weeks.

 

Other features upgraded in this release include:

 -- Flight route search by the name of the airport and postcodes

 -- Renewed interactive map with a wider coverage - now covering the Greater London area

 -- "Earlier" and "Later" buttons to search for routes 5 minutes earlier/later

 -- Register Home Station

 

With the addition of the domestic flights, all transport methods for the free version of the "Journey Pro by NAVITIME" application for Android and iPhone have now been added. The application will continue to be provided for free, and enhancements will be made based on user feedback.

 

NAVITIME is currently working on a paid Android and iPhone apps for traveling in the UK, which will have SAT NAV for cars and for pedestrians to provide a full multi-modal experience. This application is due out in the spring of 2011.
